This Return Policy governs the following physical products sold and dispatched by Saminus Private Limited:

A return or replacement request for physical goods shall be considered ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are simultaneously met:
The product received is physically damaged (cracked, crushed, torn), manufacturing defective (NFC chip not readable on any device), or functionally non-operational out of the box.
The defect is reported in writing to returns@saminusai.com within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as evidenced by the courier tracking system. Day 1 is the delivery date.
An uninterrupted, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package exterior, the act of opening, and the defect/damage on the received item is submitted along with the return request.

Upon verification and approval of a valid return request, the Company's standard remedy for eligible physical goods claims is as follows:

The Company's preference is replacement over refund wherever feasible, in accordance with standard commercial practice under the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 (Section 59 — remedy for breach of warranty). Monetary refunds for physical goods shall be processed to the original payment source within 10–15 business days of approval, subject to payment gateway timelines.
Any NFC Smart Card on which the Client's business name, logo, brand colours, contact information, QR code, or any other bespoke design element has been printed or programmed cannot be returned. Customisation renders the product commercially unsaleable to any other party. Once a Client has approved the digital design proof ("mockup") submitted by Saminus before production, the production is irreversible. Dissatisfaction with a design that was pre-approved in writing by the Client does not constitute a valid return ground.
Printed QR standees, menu cards, wall boards, or any other print collateral where the Client has provided written design approval (via email, WhatsApp, or in-platform sign-off) before printing are non-returnable. This includes cases where the Client later decides they want to change the design, add more information, or update the QR code destination URL — such changes do not entitle the Client to a return or replacement of already-printed materials. QR code destination URLs can be updated via the dashboard at no additional charge.
Any return claim made in the absence of a valid, unedited, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening the package shall be summarily rejected. Claims for damage where an unboxing video was not recorded at the time of delivery cannot be substantiated and may constitute fraudulent claims. The Company bears no obligation to accept such returns or investigate such claims.
Returns initiated because the Client changed their mind, found the product on sale elsewhere, decided a physical product is no longer needed, or simply does not want the product anymore are not accepted. There is no "no-questions-asked" return window for B2B physical goods purchases on the Saminus platform. All sales of non-defective physical goods are final.
Any defect, damage, or quality concern reported after the strict 7-calendar-day reporting window from the confirmed delivery date is not eligible for return, replacement, or any form of compensation. The 7-day window begins on the day of delivery confirmation as recorded by the courier's tracking system, regardless of whether the Client physically opened the package on that day. Clients are strongly advised to inspect all physical deliveries immediately upon receipt.
Physical goods damaged after delivery through improper handling, improper NFC tap technique, water exposure, physical impact, or any other cause originating from the User's side are not eligible for return or replacement. The NFC Smart Card technology is designed for normal tap-to-phone usage and is not warranted against physical abuse, extreme temperatures, or liquid immersion.

Saminus Private Limited treats the following as fraudulent conduct, subject to immediate account termination, blacklisting, and criminal reporting:
Such acts constitute cheating under Section 318 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and may attract criminal prosecution, permanent blacklisting, and recovery of the full value of the product plus legal costs through civil proceedings before the competent courts in Hisar, Haryana.

This Return Policy for Physical Goods is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including the Sale of Goods Act, 1930; the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (to the extent applicable); the Legal Metrology Act, 2009; the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; and all applicable Indian regulations.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Return Policy, including the quality of physical goods, return decisions, or replacement disputes, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Hisar, Haryana, India. Both parties hereby irrevocably waive any right to claim inconvenient forum or to move proceedings to any other jurisdiction.
