The SaminusAI platform uses artificial intelligence to generate text, visual content, and automated responses for your connected services, including:

Automated Posting & Publishing

Certain AI features within the platform operate in fully automated mode, meaning content is generated and published to your connected accounts without requiring your manual approval for each individual post. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Scheduled GMB posts, offer cards, and business updates published on your Google My Business profile.
• Automated WhatsApp broadcast messages sent via your connected Meta Business account.
• Chatbot responses generated in real-time and delivered to visitors on your website or platform.
• ChatFlow sequences triggered based on user behavior or time-based rules.
• Auto-responses to customer reviews on GMB and other platforms.

Content Responsibility & Liability

SaminusAI (Saminus Private Limited) and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are expressly NOT liable for:

• Any content published to your Google My Business, WhatsApp, or any other platform by the AI system on your behalf.
• Any legal consequences, regulatory penalties, or platform bans resulting from AI-generated content that violates third-party platform policies (Google, Meta/WhatsApp, etc.).
• Any disputes, damages, claims, or legal actions — civil or criminal — arising from published AI-generated content, whether from customers, competitors, government authorities, or any third party.
• Any reputational harm, financial loss, or business disruption caused by AI-generated content that is inaccurate, offensive, or culturally inappropriate.
• Content that may be flagged, restricted, or removed by Google, Meta, or any third-party platform for violating their respective content policies.
• Any claims related to AI-generated content that inadvertently infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

User Authorization

By enabling any AI feature within the SaminusAI platform, you explicitly authorize Saminus Private Limited to:

You acknowledge and understand the risks mentioned in Section 1, 2, and 3 above, and confirm that this authorization is given with full knowledge of those risks. This authorization remains in effect until you revoke it by disconnecting the respective account integration from your SaminusAI dashboard.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

When using AI features that interact with third-party platforms, you remain solely responsible for:

• Maintaining compliance with Google's terms of service, including Google My Business usage policies and content guidelines.
• Maintaining compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, including messaging guidelines, template approval requirements, and opt-in consent from recipients.
• Ensuring all automated content meets the standards of the respective platform and does not violate applicable laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Obtaining all necessary permissions and opt-in consents from your customers before sending them automated AI-generated messages via any channel.

Data Usage by AI Systems

To generate relevant, personalized content for your business, our AI systems may process:

• Your business name, description, category, products, and services as provided in your profile settings.
• Historical GMB post data, customer reviews, and business Q&A for training contextual responses.
• Chatbot conversation logs stored as per our Privacy Policy — retained for 180 days for quality assurance and legal compliance under CERT-In directives.
• WhatsApp message templates and contact data you choose to upload or sync for campaign broadcasts.

This data is processed solely to provide you the AI service. It is never sold or shared with third-party advertisers. For complete details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Modifications & Updates to AI Features

Saminus Private Limited reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any AI feature at any time without prior notice.
• Impose limits on AI usage (e.g., number of AI posts per month, chatbot message volume) as defined by your active subscription plan.
• Update these Terms of AI Usage at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of AI features after the revision date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
